Payment

• If we have not received the payment within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• Order cannot be cancelled once order has been paid.

Refund and Return

• We will not process refunds, cancellation and/or exchanges for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
• We only accept buyers to return the products that are do not correspond with the order made.

Shipping

• Items will be shipped within two working days after payment received (except weekends and public holidays).
• If we mistakenly sent the goods, please return it to us within three days and the shipping costs shall be borne by us. If the goods are not received within three days, we will not entertain your request.
